Our Vision

Sun Spa
Sun Spa Resorts Pvt Ltd is named after the life-giving sun. This energy source epitomizes what the Sun Spas are about – an eternal light with the promise of warmth and youthful energy that extends through our treatments to harmonize the body, mind and soul.

Sun Spa’s logo depicts the ‘frangipani’ flower, locally known as ‘gul champa’, growing under the protection of the sun. This beautiful and timeless flower is well known for its aesthetic and medicinal values on top of its delightfully fresh and fragrant scent. These amazing qualities are transferred into our spa philosophy by taking a holistic approach to health and wellness incorporating the healing principles of the East and West with a specific focus on the ancient traditional healing practices of Ayurveda as well as classic Aromatherapy. All our services are based on a fundamental ‘Back-To-Nature’ concept, which is reflected in the abundance of natural ingredients we employ to enrich our guests’ spa-experience.

Our SunSpa treatments are designed to restore balance and harmonize energies as they lead our guests on a journey through the cycle of nature.

At the center of our holistic spa philosophy, drawn from time-tested and modern wellness rituals around the world are the five elements found in nature and within each one of us: Wood, Fire, Metal, Earth and Water.
These Elements are firmly rooted in Chinese traditions as constantly shifting entities which coexist in a cycle of change and progression. These elements feed each other but they can also consume each other.
When the five elements are in a state of balance, the flow of energy between the elements is smooth and cyclical, rather than static or discordant. When our elements are out of balance, the result is reflected in unhealthy skin and a lack of well-being in body and mind.

Our personalized treatments are designed to correct any imbalances of the elements, inducing soothing relaxation and absolute bliss, while leaving you feeling thoroughly revitalized.

Our Ayurveda treatments encompass traditions and rituals passed down over many millenia, developed by the ancient sages and perfected through countless generations. It teaches that each individual has its own unique balance of three subtle energies or doshas: wind (vata), bile (pitta), and mucus (kapha) which are responsible for regulating the functions in the mind-body system. These doshas are created by interaction of the Ayurvedic Five Elements: Air and Space forming the Vata nature, Fire and Water forming Pitta nature, and Water and Earth forming Kapha nature.
SunSpa’s Ayurvedic treatments work towards harmonizing these Elements to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The layout of the spa, the facilities and décor are important in ensuring that our clients’ journey achieves its desired effect. The spa has been designed to promote a sense of relaxation, allowing clients to unwind and de-stress in comfortable and tranquil surroundings. From the moment you enter any Sun Spa sanctuary you will feel the peace and harmony emanating from within.

In today's stressful world, beauty and health treatments are not the luxury services they were once viewed to be. They have become essential to maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit.
